I purchased a speaker set from snap deal, order no: and complaint no. . First of all revived this order after so many phone calls to their customer care and had to track it my self as they don’t provide any support for product shipment.
Secondly when i received the product, i found it to be faulty and most of the functions were not working. I called up their support and they simply refused to provide any support and asked me to directly follow with brand.
And when i contacted the service center of my speaker set, they said to bring the product to there center which is very very far away from my home and will cost me the same amount equal to the product.
So guys be ware before buying any electronic product from snapdeal as they may send a faulty product and then will ask you to follow with product manufacturer to get your product repaired.
The same happened with my friend who had brought mobile phone from snapdeal
