I was ordered Jonex Badminton Racket, it took 11 days to deliver. When I open the packet I found the racket was damaged(it may be during the shipping), but still it was my 2nd experience where I found the damage product.
I call customer care and told them about damage, adviser apologise for the same and ready to refund but I want refund by cheque which I told customer executive and he also noted down and confirm me that I will get cheque within 1 week. After 4 day’s I found SnapDeal gave me point instead of cheque. Then after I stopped purchasing any product on snap deal.
