Very bad customer care and snapdeal cheated me

I had a very bad experience with Snapdeal. I ordered Sony BDV-E4100 Home theater on 12/11/2014. I received the delivery on 21/11/14.


I called Sony customer care for installation and their executive came on 22/11/14. He installed the home theater tried to operate the home theater.


The blueray player which had come along with home theater was not working. When we switch on the system it’s going into push protect mode. Then Sony service engineer came and confirmed that product is faulty product. Immediately on the same day I have given complaint.


Snapdeal did not respond for 10 days even after I called and mailed them several times. They responded on December 1st and said they cannot give replacement as we have to complain within 7 days of delivery.


I informed them that I have given the complaint on 22/11/2014. They cheated me.


They are giving faulty/damaged products to the customers. I am very much disappointed with Snapdeal. Do not buy anything from Snapdeal. They have a very bad customer care. They don’t bother about customers.
