I want to share my hero bike buying experience on snapdeal. I was placed a Order ID: 7635368834 on Snapdeal on 3 august 2015 against hero I smart bike & do the payment of Rs. 3000 thuru Netbanking. As that time delivery time is showing 6 to 9 August 2015.
But after several call & complaint on customer support my order is still under processing. Snapdeal support exeutive want 48 hours time but after spent 52 hours I got a mail that he need more 48 hours for searching the issue. They are not to do anything in forwarding my order to Hero dealer.
I think they don’t have any dealer for providing the bike.After waste of my 8 days Snapdeal executive told me that pls provide us more 5 days time or cancel your order. So beware on purchase bike from snapdeal. I orderd this bike in New Delhi not from any rural area of India.
