I never prefer to buy online But, I had good experience in purchasing online items in USA. Even though I was aware that in India these online purchasing companies are not upto the mark but somehow I given it a try.Which fails miserably.
I have ordered an David’s off perfume from snapdeal.com for my wife’s birthday. It was suggested in the website that the product will be free shipping and will be there in 6-7 business day. I was expecting a 10-15 days time for the shipping.
But after a week time I got message that the shipping of your item is delayed and in another 4 day I received a message that the order is cancelled. It is a horrible time for me.Now I have to invest some more time in the stores to find and purchase a gift. I feel intentionally cheated by this online shopping.
I was expecting at least some apology from snapdeal and at least they have some courtesy to call and give proper reason for the order cancellation.
This suggest me that NEVER BUY AN ITEM FROM SNAPDEAL.COM
