I am feeling like taking the worst ever decision to shop with snapdeal.(Order Id: 30754, complain no# 10961910, 10961879 etc etc) . Placed on 8th Oct worth Rs 45000(In deed a big amount for me), 4 items. Delivery dates have been changed for the 4th time! Still to get 2 items. Out of 2 received one(A pigeon kitchen chimney) is in broken state(Pathetic packing). They are offering a mere Rs 600 as compensation(I need more than 1000 only to repair the product, on top of that I have to live with a scratched, dented product)
Other one(A tata swatch filter, rust in the body). Humbly accepted it as I know reaching the product to me took more than 3 weeks, so a minimum of 2 months must be needed to get a replacement.
Called customer service for more than 10 times(at least 3 hours). Got assurance of response of those complaints in 24 hours! To my utter surprise/grievance, no one even bother to respond via an email/SMS even after an entire week! Feeling helpless. My money is gone, neither getting a quality product nor quality service.
