Purchased an item worth 54, 000 and I have to follow up regularly with SNAPDEAL customer service rather than they informing customer about delays in the shipments. Every time you call them, customer service promises a call back with in 24 hrs and it will never happen.
Sick of this website and don’t recommend at all to customers. I will say think 10 times before doing shopping here.
Never faced minor issues also with Infibeam and Flipkart. I really did a blunder by shopping with Snapdeal.
