Hi I am Afsal, Today I would like to write down my review of snapdeal.com. As you all know now days online shopping is far better than real world shopping due to low price and availability people are more interested to buy things online. I am also one of them.
I already brought lots of items from different online sites like Flipkart, Amazon etc. And they give me satisfaction more time.
But coming to snapdeal it was disappointing.
As I said I always go with Amazon and Flipkart for shopping but last time I ordered a mobile case for my Coolpad note 3 plus from Snapdeal because the price was very low compared to others so without any delay I ordered the case.
I ordered the case on 12-11-2017 and they said that the case will be deliver with in 20-11-2017.
But disappointingly I didnt receive the package on 20-11-2017. I was disappointed but I waited for two more days and the delivery were not arrived.
So I called the customer care and my experience with them was also disappointing. They dont give me a proper information about the delivery they just said me to wait for two days. I waited but I didnt get the case. So I called the customer care and asked me for returning the money but their reply was horrible. They said they can only give back the money only if the case have any damages or any other issue. I said a lot to them that I didnt get the delivery yet then how could I do it. They said me to wait for few more days and asked me to retutn the package only if there is a problem with the case then they give back my money.
I was really disappointed and stopped waiting for the delivery. And luckly I received the package on 29-11-2017. And the case was also good.
Although the case was good but the experience with Snapdeal is not satisfactory any more. The delivery service and the customer service was very bad. I will never ever order anything from Snapdeal.
It is the worst shopping site.
