EVERYTIME A NEW EXECUTIVE ATTENDS TO MY PROBLEM AND STILL THERE IS NO SOLUTION
I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY MY INVOICE, WARRANTY CARD AND REFUND FOR DOOR DELIVERY CHARGES (ORDER PLACED ON 18TH MARCH 2013)
FIRST EXECUTIVE (ASHWANI) WAS FOLLOWING FOR A WEEK THEN HE WENT AWAY FOR A VACATION AND DID NOT GET BACK TO ME
SECOND ECECUTIVE (SANDEEP JUNEJA) COMMITTED MY ISSUES WILL BE SOLVED BY END OF DAY (03/05/2013) OR ELSE HE WILL CALL ME BACK AND UPDATE WITH THE STATUS BUT TILL TODAY (09/05/2013) I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CALL BACK FROM CONCERNED DEPARTMENT
TODAY (09/05/13) ANOTHER EXECUTIVE (POOJA JUNWAL) WAS NOT ONLY RUDE BUT NON-COOPERATIVE AND SLUGGISH IN RESPONDING TO MY QUERIES. WHEN ASKED TO ARRANGE A CALL BACK FROM SANDEEP JUNEJA SHE REFUSED AND ARGUED CONSISTENTLY WITHOUT GIVING A CONVINCING REPLY TO MY SATISFACTION
I DONT KNOW HOW MANY TIMES WILL I HAVE TO FOLLOW UP AND BEG FOR THE BILL, WARRANTY CARD AND REFUND OF THE EXCESSIVE CHARGES PAID FROM MY OWN POCKET.
ALL THE SCAN COPIES TO PROVE I PAID THE DOOR DELIVERY CHARGES (WHICH WERE SUPPOSEDLY FREE) HAVE BEEN SHARED. BANK DETAILS TO GET MY REFUND ALSO HAS BEEN SHARED BUT ALL IN VAIN
ALL THIS HAS BEEN DISCUSSED WITH 3 PEOPLE ALREADY AND EVERY TIME THEY REVERT WITH FALSE PROMISES THAT A CALLBACK WILL BE ARRANGED FROM THE CONCERNED DEPARTMENT
