I ordered skycandle green veg cutter in offer 380rs.I accidentlly entered my gmail id wrong one letter not add.that product blades damaged I requested for return.almost 10days no return courier boy did not came.i contacted customer care of snap deal then I understood no man talking.only voice customer care that is machine response.in amazon fpr every query one person take care for every product deliver from that site.where as Snapdeal no customer care return order application sent to my gmail id .the machine replies how could get that my gmail id wrong. I was worried I complainted in live chat but they suggest send that product to ware house with ur corrier charges and upload it on my website then we respond as early it reaches to our ware house .then I go to parcel servjce they said that 450 corrier charges my product cost is 380.how can I spend more of it.thats the reason I prefer to buy amazon and flipkart . I request please dont buy in snapdeal
