Snap deal is not trustworthy site for online shopping.I purchased 2 dress materials from snap deal and shocked to see the big spot on one of the dress material and on another material print was complete white on many places. When contacted customer care they asked to send image of the product After sending the image they sent a ’Sorry’ message and that’s it. They didn’t replace it as per the replacement policy they mention while buying.
Very poor service and response by snap deal customer care. On top of this They sent a link for feedback and when I wrote my honest and actual feedback about poor quality and service , they did not publish it on their site as of now. I am very much disappointed with the quality and service of snap deal. Shopping with snap deal is complete waste of hard earned money.
