Damaged Products Returned-No Refund-No Response-SD

I ordered 3 Genius Nicer Dicer Vegetable, Fruit cutters for our colleagues for Rs 1302/-. on 10thDec-14.All the 3 products received were damaged/broken. I informed the same to Snapdeal they took them back and they told they would replace. But they refunded money for only one Product Rs. 434/- to SD Cash not to my bank account.


But the other two products’ Money is not yet refunded. When I contacted the customer care they ask me to explain the story again and again but they never tried to resolve the issue. I would like to go to Consumer court against SnapDeal.com to get my money back.
