I have purchased 2 sarees on 5th oct 2014 from snapdeal, that time it shows dispatch timing is 6& 7 oct( It is dispatch timing not delivery time);Later it became 9 & 10 oct(It is also dispatch time) .Till Only one saree is shipped with courier whose estimated dispatch timing was 9 oct.
Now I have received message from snapdeal that ur dispatch of other saree is delayed but they not mention why? for how much days? this is only of dispatch issue, product not dispatched yet then how will I expect delivery soon. It is ridiculous of snapdeal:
1)that they not provide timed shipment & delivery
2) they not having any toll free number for customer assistance
3) long waiting period for available no which cost almost 12-15 rs for one time call.
Product Not received yet so I cant comment on quality of product.
