The snapdeal is giving bad customer service . when we buy it stuff at one time and then want to return it they are return the product but not refund the money according to the snapdeal policy .one they are return the money after 3 month . I am feeling this type of thing of this company is very bad . the company is never give product delivery at the time, they are going to deliver at long time of the delivery date . that is make my worst experience with snapdeal . the company is big the customer service is very chafe . the customer are not interested on this company to buy any things that they need .
the product quality is also bad, some time they change the order product and give the reason, ordered product is not available so they deliver the same price product . that is customer dont know . when he open the product the know it is changed . then the customer care called whats happen with the real product when the customer call him to asked .
the delivery of the product is having very bad . they are not at the delivery time . they are always late and not give the reason the is measurable . the product packaging is not good and never have to make safe the product . the delivery boy have not the ceaseless transition facility so the customer is suffering from the problem . the company is not giving any the type of discount to the regular customer but when we toking about the new customer they are give some other facility like discount, case on delivery option etc . the snapdeal is not a good deal web they just income never focus on the customer comfort, and what they actually need . the is over all bad deal company . the using the customer to how to income well .
app & website have many difference because they are giving the additional discount to the new or app user . they not think about the web user . I am mostly using the web because my mobile have not enough space the run this app .
reliability of the snapdeal is very bad no one want to buy the product from this . this is the worst and useless . the giving discount is only for the customer to make the regular and the are stop giving the offer and othe facility . the company working with the bad policy . I think they want to change the some policy to increase the business and give the benefit to the customer . stop late product delivery and provide the batter option of pay to the customer .
I am using the snapdeal with last 4 year and I am think it is late delivery and bad quality product sealer . the customer are feeling bad experience when they are using the no snapdeal . the service of any company is made the identity of the that particular company so hear is think that is make the correct .the company is going to the next level of product sealer.
