So far no issue with items priced within 5k

I’ve been using their portal for more than 3 years and bought many health and wellness coupons and used them without any issue. One time I bought a restaurant coupon but the restaurant was under renovation. Customer service promptly refunded the money.


In Apr 2013,  I bought gym items and product quality is not that good. But I can’t blame the site for the poor quality. One of the item was badly welded rod. When I complained about it, they asked me to send photo which I promptly did. After that due to my hectic schedule, I couldn’t return the product per instruction within a week. But they called me at least 4 times asking me whether I have all the details to return it. I received email reminders to return the product on weekly basis stating that the case will be closed if not responded within 2 days.


At last I could send back the item through FedEx free of charge and sent them the AWB. On receipt of the information on the very same day I got a call stating that they have reversed the transaction.


On 22/6/13 I bought couple of items and promptly received sms and email notifications and the product as promised. No issue.


I’ve not bought any item more than 5k so far and my experience is good so far.
