I had booked a mobile phone from Snapdeal on 12th Dec 2013 at the price 10269 (Order no: 1499243534). It was committed to dispatch within 4-5 days. But on 21st Dec they cancelled our order with reason as Out of Stock. But still the product is displayed as In Stock with price increased.
I called the customer care of Snapdeal and without any responsibility they are telling vendor your order has No stock. So Snapdeal can cancel the order by itself. We booked from Snapdeal, but their reason is unethical telling vendor that they dont have the product. We really dont know about the vendors. Snapdeal should understand that they are responsible for product to be dispatched.
The support persons are not giving proper response, simply telling it is cancelled we have authority to do that so. It’s really disappointing looks like cheating by giving offers/deals.
