Snapdeal is run by a bunch of retards. Who only know to cheat and block your money. Not even once they have been able to fulfill an order worth more than 1K Rs. in past 6 months all 4 of my orders above 1K were cancelled.
They always cancel the order and give some useless excuse such as product is not in stock or the price quoted was less.Was their website made from some ancient technology that their inventory can’t be updated in real time. And is it the fault of the customer that he ordered something from their website coz the price was good.
They are so shameless that they delete the order history from the account and don’t even inform through email. They don’t have the spine to accept their mistakes. and repeated cancellation of orders shows they do it intentionally to make some quick short term money for their usage.
They are better suited for some road side grocery shop as their attitude suits it.
This time when I came to know about my order cancellation. I called them and their representative showed the attitude that we have refunded your money. That’s all! What about the inconvenience? Are you doing me a favor by returning me my own money? He said mail to our logistic to find out why your order was cancelled. Had these insensitive cheats been operating in some other country they would have been shut down and penalized for unethical practices.
Hope they shut down soon and somebody takes a legal action against them. Don’t order anything from them if you want peace of mind. or you will regret.
