Shopping experience at Snapdeal is good. Snapdeal has lots of branded items.
Positive: All the item which I purchased is original, Fast delivery, safe online transactions, easy returns, Snapdeal site has a good and effective presentation for the deals, its has enough details of the products and its seller details too, The zooming of product on site is also nice so we can see actual product’s quality and colors.
Negative: Once I ordered a home theater seller canceled my order without any intimation. I was waiting for it on mentioned delivery date. I did not get my product on that day. I called to customer care and they told me your order is cancelled by the seller. And again I ordered for the same. It was a gift to my brother but.
