No response for refund claim on geyser

Sanpdeal has delivered wrong products twice(after replacement too) and are not refunding my money back.


This is regarding my order for a Bajaj Platini PX 3L 4.5KW Instant Geyser worth Rs. 3026 on snapdeal.


Snapdeal doesn’t have 4.5kW model Bajaj Platini. Instead they deliver the 3kW model for this price. I ordered this twice and both times disappointed.


First time when the 3kW model was delivered(order No. 3551030687 delivered on 19th Nov 2014) from Delhi I thought it to be some common misplacement and ordered a replacement on 1st Dec 2014.


This time it was delivered(on 8th Dec 2014 from Hyderabad and received the same 3kW model. So, now I asked for a refund through mail (on the same day.


For which there is still no response from last 10 days.


Every time when I call the support center (spoke 3 times) they promise that they would take immediate actions which doesn’t happen and I’m still waiting.
