Supported Debit Card Fraud

I urge everyone to join hands with me and circulate this message as much as you can with everyone and know what kind of merchant SNAPDEAL. It’s me today, it can be you tomorrow.


SnapDeal - A merchant who doesn’t takes any responsibility, or should I say a merchant for whom it doesn’t matter from where the money is coming from, only thing matter for them is profit no matter whether it’s coming from illegal means.


On 22nd May at 20:00 PM, I started receiving SMS alerts from Axis Bank regarding transactions happening from my account, and surprisingly somebody was buying products from SnapDeal ILLEGALLY using my debit card.(Debit card was and still is under my possession). Like everybody, I got my debit card blocked immediately, thanks to pathetic customer care service from Axis Bank they took 15-20 minutes to pick up my call and block my debit card & Net banking, during which 2 more transactions have already happened.


I was simply helpless seeing Rs.10, 000 flowing out of my account in front of my eyes and Phone on my ear hearing FRUSTRATING TRING TRING of Axis Bank "BDHATI KA NAAM JINDAGI" seriously my life had been changed.


I kept calling SnapDeal customer care while running between Police station and AxisBank, but SnapDeal were simply irresponsible adding up to my mental pressure, even after facilitating them with complete details they were reluctant to help me out and simply eating my team, I was forced to communicate only via emails which took hell lot of time to make them understand.


As per SNAPDEAL Customer care TAT for any order is 4-7 working days(which does not count weekends as working days) but thanks to their IMPRESSIVE customer care they delivered the product within 1 working day to their very VALUABLE customer which also counts the day when they were already aware of FRAUD with this order but they neglected all ethics and minded their profit.


I recommend SNAPDEAL should be awarded for such an excellent customer care service.


As of today I am not in a better mental condition but they are not ready to understand the criticality and gravity of the concern and they keep on saying their scripted dialogue " Sir we have send details to BACK END Team and they will revert with undefined timeline." how pathetic this is.


Willingly or unwillingly I have become customer of SnapDeal providing out of the world services.


I kept asking these ALIEN type of People of SnapDeal why haven’t you taken action on the very day of my complaint?


Why have you delivered FRAUDULENT consignment to their so call VALUED CUSTOMER in such a bench marking timeline? Couldn’t they have (if they wanted) stopped/delayed this transaction till the investigation completes?


My all day follow-up with them and having petty on me, they finally provided me the delivery address once they successfully delivered the product and earned profit out of it, with surprising statement "We request you to take action from your end as we are unable to do so" WOW! Does that mean SNAPDEAL invented an easy way to increase their profit and business means of PARTNERSHIP with hackers? Is that because people don’t trust them or because people have better reliable options other than SNAPDEAL?
