I bought a deal on snapdeal and may we recall that snaldeal.com assures refund if customers are unhappy with the service.
I availed of the whitening facial and I have two problems with the services. One is overall quality and one is over length which the facial lasted. 1. I was not given a brief on the products used or the choice of gel/cream 2. there was no white head or blackhead removal process in the facial 3 Vibratory massage for re-invigorating the skin was not a part of the process 4. Back massage or nape massage was not a part of the process 5 The massage strokes were limited to the face Overall length of the entire facial was just about 35 minutes. this is less than even a cleaning up session. The deal cost me 699/- (199/- on the website and 500/- to the vendor) , for this money I can get a decent facial done even without the deal. I called up snapdeal for giving a feedback they assured me that they will give me a refund of half the money i.e. Rs. 199/- and that too as a credit to my account. I think snapdeal vendors need to be seriously re-looked at and snapdeal should take ownership of what it advertises.
