I recently purchased a harddisk on Snapdeal as the price seemed to be the lowest here.The below are the delivery details. I find that the delivery was VERY slow compared to other websites.
Snapdeal needs to improve the shipping time and the back end logistics.
One more thing I notice is that snapdeal website loads slow as well(compared to its "competitors") I use firefox and found that the browser hangs a few times and I got a message which said something to the effect of "do I want to stop a script"
Websites review policy says "DO NOT include service or seller feedback". where are we supposed to write about our experiences on service or seller? Is product the only part of the experience? probably they know about their poor service.
13-Oct: Ordered(estimated shipping on 14-Oct, estimated delivery on 20-Oct)
13-Oct: Order packed( great news!. I expected it to reach in 2 more days)
15-Oct: Order is is warehouse awaiting courier pickup.
16-Oct: Shipment recieved in Delhi
18-Oct: Shipment recieved in Delhi(sitting in Delhi for 2 days?)
20-Oct: Shipment recieved in Mumbai
21-Oct: Shipment recieved in Bangalore(not very bad)
21-Oct: Dispatched for delivery.
22-Oct: Delivered.
