I placed a request for Kent Vegetable purifier from Snapdeal.com on 17th Dec 2014. My order Id is 4014539409.
I received the item on 20th Dec 2014. But it was faulty. On starting there was only strange sound and no LED indicators coming up. So placed a request to return it.
Since then I am following up daily with snapdeal.com customer care. And they just respond with "we are working on it". They reverse picked the item on 26th Dec 2014. And since then I am waiting for the refund.

On their website, it shows incorrect status of the item. It shows as item is delivered and cannot be returned. They are pathetic providers. Flipkart works like butter in such cases. On the same day they return the money.
