I purchased park avenue deo on 4th February 2012 and made online payment and I received confirmation of payment through sms, few minutes later I received another sms about unsuccessful transaction. So, I called there call center about the mess and they confirmed that the payment was not successful despite the payment confirmation from my bank. Later on emailed them about the mess and they told me that my transaction has been successful and I will receive the product within 7 - 14 working days. Even after the dead line there was no confirmation about the order. So I emailed them about the same (after several email attempt) they confirmed that the estimated shipping date will be 22nd February 2012.


Today is 23rd February 2012 and still there is no response about my order. I don’t know how they are going to deal with this. But my previous orders were fine. I just want my order to be passed or refund and compensation for the inconvenience caused OR ELSE HAVE TO CONTACT CONSUMER FORUM.
