Please don’t waste your time with SNAPDEAL. I unfortunately bought a BASKIN ROBBINS DEAL with them and when it was to be used with the merchant IT DIDN’T WORK? I called SNAPDEAL and first customer rep said he will talk to merchant and sort it in five minutes. No call went to the Merchant and I am waiting for more then 15 minutes so I called again. Another Rep.’Maninder’ first kept me on a very long hold and then told me they can’t do anything as voucher is not working?
I had it by now and wanted to talk to the Manager. After being kept TWICE ON HOLD and again the rep. came back on line and said their manager’Mr. Manish Kumar’ will call me back in 5 minutes. Its been more then 5 HOURS and I haven’t received any call!
THEY DONT RESPECT THE CUSTOMER, AND ARE LEAST BOTHERED ABOUT COMMITMENTS, EVEN THE MERCHANT AGREED AND SAID HE IS FACING LOTS OF DIFFICULTIES DEALING WITH SNAPDEAL.
CONSUMERS PLEASE BE AWARE OF SNAPDEAL!
