I bought a Rs.599 MTV raised index watch from snapdeal. It loses time by 45 mins daily. that is, it goes BEHIND time.. When I mailed helpdesk, I did not receive reply for a week. Then I got a reply saying- sorry, you did not raise the complaint within 24 hours of delivery , so we CANNOT refund u the amount or take return. Tell me , unless one uses the watch for a few days how will one realize that it is losing time? Besides It was a gift item for someone for a birthday. And I got a complaint from her.
So how could I have raised the complaint in 24 hours. Will snapdeal help? No! ....So no I wont buy anything from their website EVER and discourage others too.
