Customer service of snapdeal

I have purchased a mobile from snapdeal on 30 Jan 2012 and I was told that I will get it within 7 working days but till now I haven’t got the product .Every time I call the customer service they keep my phone on hold for 15min and after that tell they have registered my complaint and will take up the issue with respective deptt. but till now nothing had happened. I have been calling them for last 5 days but they are not able to give satisfactory answer.


Only god knows whether I will get my product or not
