Let me share my worst experience with snap deal.
In Feb I have purchase a pair of shoes form this f@#$%^& site, I see that it was not my size (Order number 894814845.) and I returned it and I got the refund as SD cash, after few days I have again ordered a pair of shoes and again I have received the wrong size. I have returned these shoes also and I decided not to buy purchase form this site as I have purchased my shoes from somewhere.
I asked them for a refund through cheque. They informed that the amount will be credit to my SD account. I said I do not want any SD cash, just refund my amount through cheque, they agreed and they asked me to wait for 15 business day to get my cheque. Finally I see the amount is credited to my SD account. Again I have called and them and spoke to their manager regarding my refund. I heard the same thing is repeated they asked me to wait for 15 business day to get my cheque.
Today morning I got a call from them stating that my amount can not be refunded through cheque it can be only credited to SD account.
Its been 2 months I din’t get the product what am looking and my money.
