I placed order for a phone, order no 3038227575. After 3 days the status updated as shipped and provided the estimated date of delivery of 15th Oct. The courier tracking number provided was not valid and I was unable track the order.
On 15th they changed the estimated date to 21st Oct. and still the tracking number is not working. I really doubt that the product has been shipped by Snapdeal.
They might be just updating their system to meet their policy durations. I called the helpline number multiple times and mailed them. No body is aware of status and only telling me the same thing that I can also see on the website. Hopeless response from the customer service. They are not ready to cancel the order because their system shows it has been shipped. It is a pathetic experience. Still waiting for the right courier tracking number or delivery of the product.
