Snapdeal customer care are not so caring

Hi,

I want to return my product.

Digisol Dg-Bg4300Nu Adsl2+ Wireless Router 300Mbps

Oder no. 9371751595

1) Its a low quality product.

2) It is not compatible with any of my device as well no connection.

3) You support team is very rude they are not interested in my issue

rather than speaking them self.

I am not satisfy with the product kindly make a return please. Whats are the return policy of the snapdeal they are guarantee for the product to return in 7 days but why they are not returning my product,
