I received the LID of the grinder jar in the damaged condition when I received the Food Processor thru Snapdeal.com .I informed the snapdeal team about the same on the day of delivery.( 07 March 2013 ) and was also given a request no 1730321 but till date there has been no concrete action taken or communication made by the snapdeal team.
I am practically calling their Support team everyday and the only thing I hear from them is that someone would get back to me in 24-48 hrs. Ive also sent pictures of the damaged Lid to their support team for facilitating the process of replacement but there has been absolutely NO action till date. This has been a very nightmarish experience with the services of snapdeal . The problem lies with their shipping and customer support and unfortunately they arent doing anything to improve it.
I have no intention of ever ordering anything from this site ever again, as they have the worst customer support ever.
