Damanged & Broked products shipped

Product: Ajanta brand wall clock. Order Number: 751706040, COD delivery. the product was just delivered to my house - 10.10.2012 @ around 1pm.


My mother received the product and checked it on the spot. The clock’s border is broken and other parts damaged. when she asked the blue dart guy to take it back, he argued with her and took the cash RS.430 and went off without taking the product back. WHY DO THEY HAVE TO SEND A BROKEN DAMAGED PRODUCT. Nver again I m buying from snapdeal.com. I was a loyal customtakeouter till now.


I have complained to snapdeal.com but their response was pretty cold and the complaint number they have given is :1165239. They have asked me to send the photograph of the damaged product and then they will assess and check the product and offer to replace it.
