Finally snapdeal refunded my money

After so many mails and calls, finally snapdeal initiated refund and the amount was credited in my account


but I nearly spent 400 Rs for my calls to snapdeal. Snapdeal please dont ship through bookmypacket again


Executives working in snapdeal don’t know anything and working as a support in snapdeal please look into the issue.
