Defective Phone/SNAPDEAL IS SCAMMING PEOPLE. I received a xperia SP phone and the touch panel in not working (the middle strip). I could not use the phone properly at all. I raised a complaint against snapdeal, they said they called me in 48! hours (that’s 2 days without a phone since I cut my sim card into a microsim & couldn’t use it in my previous phone anymore!).
They called me but I missed the call. So I called them again and said I wouldd have to wait another 48! hours and I’ve been calling them for 5 days now and everyday they make me speak to different people and say I’ve to wait for 24 hours, 48 hours and what not!
It’s 10 days today and they haven’t even called me back! This is like a scam, a trap for the consumers! Everyone should know about this. Kindly help. Don’t I deserve a working phone at least for the price of a new one?
SNAPDEAL IS SELLING FAKE PRODUCTS WHICH THEY BUY FROM COMPANIES AT DIRT CHEAP PRICES, SINCE THE COMPANY CANNOT SELL THEM OPENLY!
ID SUGGEST YOU BUY A PHONE FROM A LOCAL DEALER SINCE ITS ONLY AROUND 500-1000rs EXTRA AND ITS WORTH CAUSE AT LEAST HE CANNOT SELL YOU A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AND MAKE YOU WAIT FOR WEEKS FOR ANY RESPONSE*
