Worst service ever 16 days and they dont ship out

Pathetic service my order number was 760741232 and even after 16 days no body bothered to call me or tell me that there will be a delay.

I called back to know after 16 days from the time they took money from me they dint bother to even ship the product. If I buys something from china also it will be delivered
