Want refund from snapdeal? - Horrible experience !

I’ve ordered ball pen with pendrive, (received on 3rd oct 2012) was not working after COD. Asked me to sent back through courier.

I’d sent back thr^Blue dart(4th october). Even after 15 days, snapdeal people say first we will send product amount (by cheque) , that may require further 7-21 days, & then afterwards courier charges will be refunded. Horrible experience.Not yet received single paisa.

DONT BUY ELECTRONICS GOODS FROM SNAPDEAL
