As a devoted netizen(more a citizen of the net than of any country) and an avid online shopper, I browse the bouquet of websites available for all my needs but then I do head back to the same trusted websites that have always given me great service and satisfaction.
But Lo and Behold! Here comes the season of discounts. And I for the first time, no for the just the second time I choose Snapdeal.com, yes, I do so just for the low prices of the -products and great discounts.
But then here comes the issue. The product delivery and the customer service is one of the worst in the country(India). Not sure of other countries. But I am sure it will be in the bottom pile there too. Most of the products come damaged and you think okay, let me pass that by. No harm. Its just a few hundred rupees. Since you have passed that by, they get more bold. They send you the wrong product and when you call their customer service to complain - you end up getting called the liar! Bravo Snapdeal Bravo! Do the digital world a favor and go shut yourselves down!
