Am writing in reference to my order ID 3737064223 Apple iPhone 4-8gb –Black dated 28/11/2014. I have got this product cancelled on 01st December but am yet to receive a cancellation confirmation and my funds.
Is Snapdeal a customer-oriented organization? No, Not at all. I have been constantly following-up with your customer care department but all in vain.
First & foremost, it’s tedious job to locate the customer care no and overall cancellation process. I somehow managed to speak to your customer-care personnel after n no of trials since every-time I have been kept on waiting for about odd 10-15 minutes.
I was being told that my order is cancelled and I will be getting my refund in 3-4 working days but I can still see my order status ‘in-processing’.
I tried to get through your customer-care supervisor but in-spite of fake commitments neither ‘ a call back’ is been arranged nor my order is been cancelled.
How am I supposed to trust you guys money part? If you guys take 3 long days just to cancel an order, then I have my doubts on my REFUND.
Am highly pissed with your services and unprofessional behavior. AM I EVER GONNA GET MY MONEY BACK?
