May be it is just me but I am used to the policy which Amazon and Flipkart are following. under-promise over-deliver. They always manage to deliver the products well ahead of time, but that doesnt seem to be the case with Snapdeal.
I ordered 8 items across tow orders on 4th July and as of today only one item has been delivered and 2 items are still being processed.The worst part is the fact that all my attempts to get a response from Snapdeal through their contact us form and email have failed. They just dont seem to be interested in even responding let alone helping me.If one does indeed plan on buying from Snapdeal please be ready for horrible customer service and last minute if not delayed deliveries.
UPDATE: When I received two more items after considerable delay and when I thought that it couldnt get any worse, imagine my shock when I find that they have sent me the wrong item and that I will now have to wait for yet another week(at least) to get a replacement.Also just for the publics information I received the item in a Flipkart box covered by Snapdeal paper
Please buy from this site only if you have a lot of patience and if you have a lot of good luck on your side nothing else will do.
