I purchased nikon en-el14 battery( product id 59956) for my nikon dslr camera. . .for this product they specified 1 year warranty in website. . but nikon says this is fake . because these product which is shipped by snapdeal doesnt have warranty card . .
I used this battery approx 3 months from date of purchase after that it stopped working . . . when I asked about warranty snapdeal said I need to contact nikon service center . . after that, I visitted service center nikon people said nikon wont give warranty for battery without warranty card which is not given by snapdeal and they wont give also. . . so dont belive on warranty which is specified on website. . . . ask warranty card on every purchase or ask before buying about warranty card before buying. . .
