Placed an order for Bajaj Majesty iron which is found broken on delivery. Escalated the issue at the very same time but no resolution found yet. Such a pathetic & poor service I have ever seen. Mailed thrice but got the answer it will be done without any action taken yet. Order Id# 2909014357.
