Cheater compony

I bought sony mdr headset RS-531 I replace  and send my product sony mdr headset at snapdeal compony they did not give me my refund money they are cheated.


I call on compony they told me your money transfer in 1 hour 2 hour but they dont give me my refund they are cheater and I complain on this company in police station.
