On the 9th January 2015, I placed an order for HP Pavilion 15-P077TX Laptop(4th Gen Intel Core i5- 8GB RAM- 1TB HDD- 15.6 Inches Screen- Windows 8.1- 2GB Graphics)(Snow White).

As the price was Rs. 44, 931/- and I paid it in advance through internet banking, I was trembling in fear whether my hard earned money would be robbed by cheaters! Previously, I had gone through such an worst experience in Indiatimes shopping portal.
It was a great pleasure for me this time - on Snapdeal. I got my laptop in Kolkata on 13.01.2015 in the morning! I opened the packet and found the laptop packed in original HP box. Everything was fine. Nothing bad happened to me. I smoothly registered my laptop in HP’s site. I also checked the warranty of this machine and was fully satisfied.
Secondly, I ordered for an original Microsoft Office Home and Student 2013 pack. I placed my order in the evening of the 16th January, 2015 and got the item in the noon of the 20th January. My order No. was 4482721855. The product was genuine and the delivery was speedy. I am fully satisfied with Snapdeal.
Now I have confidence on Snapdeal. I think, it is the best portal for online shopping. Their communications through email and SMS about the present status of shipping and delivery created an awesome experience.
