I ordered new Samsung s3 through snapdeal as the price was very less compared to all the sites.I tried to insert new micro sim and what I find out after that is that phone gives a message "no sim" "Insert sim card".
I called snapdeal.com and informed them the same what they tell is go to the nearest Samsung center and when I went to the Samsung service center with my new mobile they tell that the sim card holder damage.
How can a new phone have its sim card holder damage? I informed the same to the snapdeal.com people what they tell is they have raised the ticket and concerned department will come back after 24 hrs...What a careless response?
If they want my cell to take to the service center on the very first day its equal of taking the old cell and repairing it. What a worst site to buy electronic gadgets from! I repent buying my new phone from snapdeal and will never ever buy anything from snapdeal. If I had any less rating than 1 would have given the same to them. The packing also is very bad. Everything is bad.
