I brought a iPhone 6 plus from snap-deal few weeks back.And did insurance of my iPhone, which was obviously from Times Global Insurance, all my family and friend’s mobiles are covered with Times Global insurance. I m working with a MNC which is a Financial Canadian Process, so we are not allowed to keep our mobile in our desk, so we have to deposit it in a separate locker.
On 16th of this month when I was putting it in locker it suddenly got slipped from my hand and screen got a small crack.Next morning I called Times Global Insurance customer care, they told me to get a job card from Apple care center, I went there and Apple care was asking 25000 for replacement, which was fully paid by Times Global Insurance on the same day.(That’s Y we all love this Company).
