I used to purchase many products through online. Even purchased LED TV from Flipkart.
But, this time, its through Snapdeal I was cheated.
Still waiting for the replacement.
I ordered a jeans through Snapdeal and when I opened the cover, found that the I received a different product which I ordered. Called the customer care, immediately, they asked do you want refund or replacement. I told them, I need replacement. They taken service request for the replacement.
Next day, the person from snapdeal came to pick the product back. Ive given the Jeans back to that person and given a receipt to me.
Again, just for confirming, I called snapdeal again to check about the replacement. Got SHOCKED, they are saying, the requested product is not available for now.
Still now waiting the reply call from them. Ill update the details here once I get reply call from snapdeal.
Doubt: While taking request for replacement, these guys are not checking the availability of product again.
Note: Suspecting that snapdeal dont have ordered piece of product with them which shown in website and they are delivering different product for same cost as this happened for me.
I ordered a jeans, as the product is not available. they delivered different one.
