Order Got Cancelled For No Reason

I have purchased Carrera perfume on 1st April 13 where delivery period was showing 1 day my order no. Is 926382548. However I have still not received the product. Even at customer care no one is helping me.


Now my order status is showing as cancelled with no reason....very bad service from snapdeal...this was the first time I have bought anything from snapdeal...I feel it was a mistake...
