CHARGED TWICE FOR THE SAME ORDER

Snapdeal hasnt been a pleasant experience for me and there had been some or the other issues around it. I purchased 2 bags from Snapdeal on 19th March, 2012 which is a almost a month ago and I am still waiting for a refund as my bank account was debited twice.


Although I have provided a proof of the bank statement to them there has been no response from these SNAPERS and its now over a month.
