Snap deal POOR in Customer Support & Not in Time

I am getting late with my product. I really had a very bad experience with snapdeal. I ordered the Product on 20-Oct-2014. Order Number: 3277766605.

But still now it is not yet shipped. Very Bad Experience. I need the Clear Information why it is getting late.The Support is very Bad. The Estimated Shipping date is 23-Oct-2014, . I ordered this product for Birthday Party on 30-Oct-2014.

The way you treating the customer is Bad, I didn’t receive any Calls/E-mail/SMS for delaying this Product. You asked me too wait 24-48 hours time.
