I had ordered Puma Ceylon Black & Yellow Sports Shoes size UK/7 but for Rs. 1425 after applying coupon code but received size UK/9. They initiated a pickup after 4 days which took another 4 days to reach them.
Then suddenly I get their mail saying that amount will be refunded to you without even asking me whether I want a refund of a replacement. After calling customer service they tell me shoes of my size are not in stock even though it is showing available on their website with price increased to Rs. 2500.
It was a waste of time to order from this website. Not recommended. Use flipkart instead.
